PLANNING APPEAL - PUBLIC INQUIRY
Findings of the Planning Inspector
We have unfortunately found out today (16th November 2009), that the Planning Inspector has allowed the appeal by the developers. This effectively means that he has granted planning permission for the 42 dwellings to be built and depsite the community strongly showing their opposition to.
